Here's who we're looking for

  • You're a Reiki practitioner who prizes integrity in everything you do.
  • You've invested in your healing work — training beyond Reiki, deep work on yourself, real commitment to your clients.
  • You've got your business set up: your healing space, liability insurance, business registrations.
  • You adore helping people heal and you're good at it — but marketing yourself and handling tech aren't yet your comfort zone.
  • You have at least 3 availabilities a week to see clients.
  • You want mentorship from an experienced healer (2,500+ sessions) so you can become the best healer you can be.
  • You're willing to invest in yourself as a business owner — slowly learning marketing and developing your voice while you see clients.
What it costs

You start free. There's no monthly fee until the platform is actually delivering — real discovery calls landing in your calendar. From there it starts at $50 a month and, depending on how well it's working for you, goes up to a maximum of $200. The details are best walked through on a call.

Healing naturally — it's how I've been living my whole adult life

I'm Hesat, and I offer Reiki in person and online. I came to this work the long way around — through wanting to be a doctor, not getting into medical school, and spending 12 years at home raising and homeschooling my children. While I was home, I was introduced to energy healing and I fell in love with it. What caught me was the idea that I could help people heal without giving them drugs. That wasn't random — I was already vegan, eating organic, had natural childbirths, breastfed my kids. Healing without drugs was just the natural extension of everything I was already living. I started working with family and friends, and people found me through word of mouth before I even had a formal practice. Because I was getting results.

I'm Alex Payton, a Reiki Master and Holistic Health Practitioner based in San Diego, California. I first learned Reiki while studying massage and Traditional Chinese Medicine at Pacific College of Health and Science. At the time, I found hands-on bodywork physically and energetically draining. Reiki felt different. I had more stamina, and the work felt intuitive and sustainable. My own experience with emotional healing eventually led me deeper into energy work, somatic awareness, and embodiment. I've also studied ThetaHealing® and spent 10 years working one-on-one with a mentor in that practice. Over time, I came to understand something that now sits at the center of my work: lasting change doesn't come from someone else giving us the right answer. It comes from developing a deeper relationship with ourselves. We begin to notice what we're feeling, understand what we need, recognize our patterns, and learn to trust our own inner guidance. That changed the way I practice.

For most of my life, I have tried to understand people. I became a therapist. A trauma specialist. I studied psychology, behavior, relationships, attachment, the nervous system, and the ways our experiences shape us. Give me a pattern and I want to understand where it came from. Give me a question and I will probably go looking for the research. For more than a decade, I have had the privilege of sitting with people through trauma, grief, transition, uncertainty, and the complicated process of finding their way back to themselves. And I am also deeply intuitive. For a long time, those two parts of me felt like they belonged in different rooms. Reiki changed that.
